What fruit does your life produce?
Chad Murrell   -

Questions:

1. What stood out to you in the message?

2. What kind of plant describes you best? A towering oak? Weeping willow? Tumbleweed? Crab apple tree? A thriving grape vine?

3. If vine branches represent the lives of people, what pain would be associated with pruning?

4. In John 15:1-11, Jesus repeatedly says “abide,” “love,” and “bear fruit.” How are these words related in this passage?

5. Pastor Chad said that the “fruit” that Jesus refers to probably has two meanings: our behavior (aka the Fruit of the Spirit) and the belief that we have and spread to others. Are you producing this fruit? Why or why not?

6. Compare John 15 verses 9 and 12. How are they related?
