2. If you could explore any country in the world, which one would you choose? Why?

3. In Numbers 13, what kind of report do you think the people were expecting from the spies? How does that compare with the news that they received?

4. In Numbers 14, the people doubt God and His ability to conquer the land. Based upon the miracles that they have seen in Egypt and in leaving Egypt, why do you think they do this? What are the specific complaints that are being made?

5. What about God’s character is reflected or understood in the often-quoted verse 18?

6. What directions has God given to you? How might distrust keep you from reaching these? How can you trust God more?
