Questions: 1. What stood out to you in the message?

2. What food do you find especially tempting? Why?

3. Read Genesis 3:1-7. What portions of the serpent’s claims were true and were false? Why do you think he mixed truth with lies?

4. How might someone today fall into the same tempting question, “Did God really say…?” How can this temptation and confusion be avoided?

5. Why does God give the man and woman hope before He gives cursing? What does this say about God? What does it say about how He works with you in your sin?

6. What can you do to live in the hope that God provides to you while you resist temptation?
