3. What is Paul’s prescription for fear and anxiety in Philippians 4:6-7? How does that compare with common cultural prescriptions for fear and anxiety?
4. What does Paul tell us to focus our thoughts on in Philippians 4:8-9? What does this say about your consumption of news, videos/tv, podcasts, music?
5. On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your level of worry or fear about your life? The life of your family or kids? The direction of our government? The direction of our society? What does Philippians 4:6-9 tell you to do with these worries and fears?
